What most people don’t know is that Bushra developed the story for her drama serial “Amawas” which was produced by her husband Iqbal Ansari. It was not until ‘Neeli Dhoop’ that she stepped out of the shadows and revealed her identity as a writer.Bushra inherited writing talent from her father, Ahmad Bashir, who was a well-known writer, journalist and filmmaker. Inspired by her father, Bushra likes to focus, as a drama writer, on issues that are faced by our society but are mostly treated as trivial.
