Enjoy a creamy keto club salad filled with hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, covered in a thick and tangy mayo dressing.

Keto Club Salad

Ingredients:

2 tblsp sour cream
2 tblsp mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tblsp parsley
1 tblsp mustard
1 tblsp milk
3 hardboiled eggs
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 cup cheese cubes

Method:

1. Mix all the dressing ingredients.
2. Add in eggs, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese cubes.
3. Mix together and enjoy!
