Make This Healthy Grab ‘n’ Go Breakfast – Banana Honey Oatmeal

Perfect for a slow release of energy all day and to keep you full till lunch, this banana oatmeal honey comes together in minutes and saves you tons of time in the morning!

Banana Honey Overnight Oatmeal

Makes 1 serving


  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tblsps honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  1. Mash the bananas until they are a mushy paste.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Cover and put overnight in the fridge.
  4. In the morning pour your oatmeal in a serving bowl and add honey, walnuts and strawberries as toppings. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
