This noodle salad is filled crunchy vegetables and whole wheat spaghetti that is healthy and filling. The dressing lends a fresh, sweet and tangy touch to the whole salad and is not too overpowering.

Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 packet Whole Wheat Spaghetti

½ cup Carrot

1 Cucumber

½ cup Cabbage

½ cup Coriander

1 tblsp Steak Sauce

1 tblsp Lemon Juice

1 tblsp Sugar

1 tblsp Olive Oil

1 tblsp Sesame Seeds

Method:

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Add in all the vegetables and toss together.
  3. Mix the steak sauce, lemon juice, sugar and oil together and mix.
  4. Toss in the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
