Peanut Chicken Recipe | Keto Week | Episode 7

Rounding off Keto Week with an easy Peanut Chicken recipe that is perfect for dinner and the next day for lunch!

Peanut Chicken


1 cup chicken cubes
¼ cup peanuts
1 capsicum, cubed
½ onion, cubed
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
1 tblsp oil
1 tblsp chili garlic sauce
1 tblsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tblsp sesame seeds
1 tblsp green onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


1.Dry roast the peanuts in a hot pan till they turn golden.
2. Heat oil and add the chicken. Stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes and add the ginger and garlic.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry till the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
4. Lastly add the peanuts.
5. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions.
