Spiced Kidney Bean Curry
2 cans Red Kidney Beans
1 tblsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and ginger/garlic paste till soft.
- Add in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add in the beans and and mix well together.
- Splash in 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 minutes, until water evaporates and tomatoes are pure.
- Serve with roti.
