Spiced Kidney Bean Curry


2 cans Red Kidney Beans

3 Tomatoes

½ Onion

1 tblsp Ginger/Garlic Paste

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Red Chili Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder


  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and ginger/garlic paste till soft.
  2. Add in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  3. Add in the beans and and mix well together.
  4. Splash in 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 minutes, until water evaporates and tomatoes are pure.
  5. Serve with roti.
