Make this gourmet salad with fresh summer peaches and steak that has been marinated in balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and garlic. A healthy and wholesome meal everyone can enjoy.

Steak Salad With Peaches

Ingredients:

250 gms Steak

½ cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 tblsp Brown Sugar

1 clove Garlic

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 cup Salad Lettuce

1 sliced Peach

2 tblsp Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Marinate the steak in balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry the steak in oil till it’s cooked through.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a plate and layer with steak strips and peach slices.
  4. Pour lemon juice on top and serve!
